Starters and side dishes
Our starters are a riot of local flavours, with vegetables coming directly from our farm, prepared grilled, au gratin or in oil.
We also offer a selection of cured meats and cheeses from local companies, as well as our homemade salmì, a typical specialty of the area. Other dishes include mixed bruschetta and quail eggs.
Our first courses are prepared with strictly homemade pasta, such as pappardelle, potato gnocchi, stringhetti and filled pasta (crepes and ravioli). Each dish is enriched with fresh condiments from our farm, such as porcini mushrooms, asparagus, courgettes and courgette flowers. For those who love traditional sauces, we also offer beef, wild boar, hare and duck ragù.
