Antipasti
The starters are mainly made up of vegetables from our farm, grilled, baked au gratin and in oil; cured meats and cheeses from local companies, the salmì, which is a sort of liver pâté, produced entirely in-house, typical of our area and of Podere Giulio; mixed bruschetta and quail eggs are the main ingredients of our starters.

First
The first courses consist only of “homemade” pasta, offering a wide choice of pappardelle, stringhetti, potato gnocchi and filled pasta, such as crepes and ravioli. They should be combined with vegetarian condiments such as porcini or ferlenghi mushrooms, asparagus, courgettes and courgette flowers that come from our farm. or sauces that come from the Maremma tradition; for example the beef, wild boar, hare and duck ragù.

Seconds
Most of the dishes use meat that is produced directly by the Serafini company. Here you can find grilled, grilled, baked and stewed meat. Our main dishes are:

Our farm and our vineyards produce four different types of wine: Uccio, Spinicce, Grandine and Nannone. We are waiting for you at the farmhouse to taste them, otherwise you can purchase them at Podere Giulio.

We are equipped to welcome customers with dietary problems such as celiac disease and lactose intolerance. We also offer vegetarian dishes, thanks to the abundance of vegetables that our company produces, for those who do not follow a meat-based diet.
