Le Saline nature reserve
it is located close to Tarquinia, it is the only salt pan in Lazio and one of the few remaining along the Italian coast, inactive since 1997. Despite its limited extension, 150 hectares of which around 100 are coastal lagoon, it is a site of considerable importance for the resting, feeding and reproduction of avifauna. The salt pan is recognized both as a site of community importance (SCI) and as a special protection area (SPA), for the environments and birds that frequent it.VVISIT THE SITE

When the owners' adventure began there were only 11 examples. To date they have a breeding farm that has over 150 carefully selected huacaya specimens of various colors from the most important genealogical lines in the world.

it extends for 900 hectares on the outskirts of Montalto di Castro, in the Province of Viterbo. You can admire the archaeological excavations of the ancient Etruscan-Roman metropolis of Vulci, the noble Etruscan tombs and the finds exhibited in the National Archaeological Museum and the canyon formed by the volcanic rock sculpted by the waters of the Fiora river and the lush vegetation along the banks of the river, all immersed in uncontaminated nature that offers ever-changing colours, sounds and emotions.

they are a natural phenomenon originating from a travertine rock, dug by the cascade of sulphurous thermal waters which generates small natural pools which, as they continuously fill, create an extremely particular scenario. The thermal water has a series of beneficial properties and flows from the source at a temperature of 37.5 °C

thanks to its position along the migratory routes, it sees the concentration of thousands of birds, especially in the winter period. It is located within a Site of Community Importance, in the Municipality of Orbetello (Gr). The Oasis area, which also includes the Nature Reserve and the closed fund, extends for 1,000 hectares.

Lake Burano
it was a hunting reserve, the WWF then changed its fate. It is located within a Site of Community Importance (SIC IT51A0031) in the Municipality of Capalbio (Gr). It is also a Special Protection Area (SPA IT51A0033) and RAMSAR. The WWF Oasis of Lake Burano is the first of over 100 Oases of the association, and extends for 410 hectares. It also includes an intact stretch of coast with sand dunes and scrubland and a brackish lake behind the dunes dominated by a tower.
