You can enjoy breakfast either in the sea-viewed restaurant or directly in your room. The breakfast buffet includes: homemade cakes and jams, biscuits, fresh bread, ricotta and high-quality local cold cuts, yogurt, cereals and, on request, fresh eggs from our chickens.

For the typical dinner we serve a large selection of local products, many of them coming directly from our own production.

The studio apartments are independent and fully equipped.
There are also several common spaces available to our guests: outdoor terraces, relaxation room, organic vegetable garden, laundry room …

There is much to do and see on the premises and in the surrounding area. Children can visit and feed the animals of our farm or use the playground located next to the apartments. Guests can enjoy long walks on the beach or in the adjacent pine forest. In the surrounding area there are beautiful medieval towns, Etruscan excavations and thermal baths such as Viterbo, Civitavecchia or Saturnia. Starting from Podere Giulio you can also easily reach Rome and the main cities of Tuscany.
