Podere Giulio is much more than a simple accommodation facility:
it is the beating heart of a family-run farm,
which has been working with respect for the territory and tradition for years.
The Serafini family, made up of Giovanni, Gabriella, Pierluigi, Sandro and Pietro, puts their passion and commitment into every aspect of the company.
Giovanni takes care of the breeding of farmyard animals and livestock, while Gabriella, with her passion for cooking, prepares genuine and delicious dishes for our agri-restaurant.
Pierluigi, inheriting the land and knowledge from his grandfather, dedicated himself to the production of quality extra virgin olive oil and wine.
Our extensively cultivated farm produces watermelons, melons, fennel, artichokes, asparagus, courgettes, peppers, potatoes, garlic and onions. Furthermore, some hectares are cultivated with grass, a fundamental nourishment for the company's livestock.
A truly special corner is the farm's vegetable garden, from which the fresh greens and vegetables served directly in our restaurant come.
Sandro and Pierluigi also take care of the management of the farmhouse, while Pietro together with his nephew Giovanni Jr, the youngest of the family, coordinate the tourist part and the dining room service, making sure that every guest feels at home.
