the FarmhousePodere Giulioit's the perfect place for you. Surrounded by greenery, we offer our
guests 11 terraced apartments, each measuring 52 m2, for a total of 50 beds, ideal for a
relaxing escape or family holiday.

The accommodations

Each studio apartment is designed to offer maximum comfort. Arranged on two levels, the apartment is an intimate and welcoming environment, with a large living room, double bed, bathroom with shower and a wooden mezzanine that can accommodate up to three single beds.

Each accommodation is independent and has a private entrance, which opens onto a well-kept garden and an external veranda equipped with table and chairs, perfect for eating outdoors or simply enjoying the view in complete relaxation.

To make your stay even more pleasant, each apartment is equipped with an umbrella and two deckchairs, ideal for enjoying the sun and the open air.

Some studios are also equipped with an equipped kitchenette, available on request at the time of booking.

These apartments are particularly suitable for families with small children or for those who want a longer and more independent stay.

We try to satisfy all tastes with a selection of delicacies prepared daily, including: coffee, cappuccino, cereals, yogurt, jams, tarts and homemade donuts, as well as fresh fruit, fruit salad, cold cuts, cheeses and juices.

On the estate you will have the pleasure of visiting our olive trees, the vineyard and those raw materials that characterize our farm and our dishes.
